Kullanım Şartları

Inflastra mobil uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Şartları kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
Inflastra, kişisel enflasyonunu hesaplamana ve yatırımlarını takip etmene yardımcı olan bir mobil uygulamadır. Yatırım danışmanlığı veya finansal tavsiye değildir.
2. Hesap
Inflastra'yı kullanmak için 13 yaşın üzerinde olmalı, doğru bilgi vermeli ve hesabının güvenliğinden sorumlu olmalısın. Hesap bilgilerini başkasıyla paylaşma.
3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
- Uygulamayı yasal amaçlarla kullan.
- Başkalarının hesabına yetkisiz erişim deneme.
- Otomatik araçlarla (bot, scraper) servise yük bindirme.
- Tersine mühendislik veya kötü amaçlı yazılım enjekte etme deneme.
4. Premium Abonelik
Premium özellikler aylık veya yıllık abonelik karşılığında sunulur. Ödemeler Google Play üzerinden alınır. Aboneliğini istediğin zaman Google Play hesap ayarlarından iptal edebilirsin. İptal sonrası mevcut dönem sonuna kadar Premium kalır.
Otomatik yenileme aktiftir — iptal etmediğin sürece dönem sonunda yeniden çekilir. Ücretsiz deneme dönemi varsa (7 gün) bu dönem içinde iptal edersen ücret alınmaz.
5. İade Politikası
Tüm ödemeler Google Play tarafından işlenir. İade taleplerin Google Play'in iade politikasına tabidir. Google Play iade rehberi.
6. Veri Doğruluğu Uyarısı
Inflastra canlı fiyatları üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan (Yahoo Finance, TEFAS, Altınkaynak) alır. Bu fiyatlar gecikmeli olabilir veya hatalı dönebilir. Yatırım kararlarını yalnızca Inflastra verisine dayandırma — her zaman birden fazla kaynaktan teyit et.
7. Sorumluluk Reddi
Inflastra "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Verilerin doğruluğu, kesintisiz hizmet veya belirli bir sonuç garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Inflastra, uygulama kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya doğrudan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
Inflastra adı, logosu, tasarımı ve tüm kod telif hakkı sahibi Inflastra ekibine aittir. İzinsiz kullanım yasaktır. Senin kendi verilerin tamamen sana aittir.
9. Hesap Sonlandırma
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Inflastra, bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları önceden bildirim göndererek veya göndermeden kapatma hakkını saklı tutar.
10. Şartlardaki Değişiklikler
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içi bildirim ile haber veririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen güncel şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

By using the Inflastra mobile app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Service Description
Inflastra is a mobile app that helps you calculate your personal inflation and track your investments. It is not financial advice or investment advisory service.
2. Account
To use Inflastra you must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the app for lawful purposes only.
- Don't try to access other accounts without authorization.
- Don't use bots or scrapers that overload our service.
- Don't reverse-engineer or attempt to inject malicious code.
4. Premium Subscription
Premium features are offered via monthly or yearly subscription, billed through Google Play. You can cancel anytime via your Google Play account settings; you keep Premium until the end of the current period.
Auto-renewal is enabled by default — you'll be charged again at the end of the period unless you cancel. If a free trial applies, no charge is made if you cancel during the trial.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google's refund policy.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Inflastra fetches live prices from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance, TEFAS, Altınkaynak). These prices may be delayed or inaccurate. Don't base investment decisions solely on Inflastra data — always verify with multiple sources.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inflastra is provided "as is". We don't guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted service, or any specific outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Inflastra is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Intellectual Property
The Inflastra name, logo, design and all code are owned by the Inflastra team. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Your own data remains entirely yours.
9. Account Termination
You can delete your account anytime from within the app. Inflastra reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
